What is your return policy?

Ajaxpack adhere to a strict store policy and do not allow returns or exchanges for sale items. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly at sales@ajaxpack.com so we may resolve your issue with the product.

All sales are final.

We process your order as soon as you make the transaction. You may receive a tracking number A FEW DAYS after it has shipped.

 

Can I get my order delivered anywhere in the world?

Yes, we ship orders to international countries.

How do I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).

Order Processing takes 3 to 5 Business Days.  Once your order has processed, it can take 20-30 days for your item to arrive.  We have an extremely high demand right now, so please exercise patience as we get your order completed quickly.

 

How do I track my order?

When an order is shipped, we’ll update your account to show the tracking number(s) for an order, and send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can either click on the tracking numbers itself or enter the tracking number(s) into the chosen carrier’s website to follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination.

Please check weekly as tracking will not update until your order has cleared customs within your country.

 

What methods of payment does ajaxpack.com accept?

We accept PayPal, VISA Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.

 

Can I still make changes or cancellations once my order is confirmed?

You can make any changes or cancellations you wish within your shopping bag until you confirm your payment. Once your payment has been made and your order confirmation received, it is not possible anymore to make changes or cancellations.

 

What should i do if i have provided the incorrect shipping details?

Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect.

Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.

 

What should I do if the goods arrive damaged or I ordered the wrong color-size?

In our online shop we do not accept returns of items that were purchased. If any part of your order arrives damaged or for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can email us directly at sales@ajaxpack.com so we may resolve your issue with the product. If you wish to receive another style or colour, we kindly advise you to place a new order.

Should your parcel be returned to sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee of US $10. Do ensure you update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.

 

IS THERE A POWER BANK INCLUDED WITH EVERY BACKPACK/BAG?

No, the backpack will be delivered without the power bank.

There is a simple connection inside the backpack that makes sure you can easily connect all power banks that are on the market (by USB 2.0 plug).

This way the power bank will never be outdated and you can keep using new models to charge your devices, because this backpack will last for years!

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your Confirmation Page will update with tracking information once your order has been shipped out. This can take between 5 to 10 business days after we receive your order.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can track your parcel via the Confirmation Email.  Also, you can click “Track my Order” link on our website.
